Features

Clients
Your contacts database. Every job and invoice links back to a client.

Jobs
Every piece of work starts as a job. Send a quote or skip straight to approved — both paths end the same way.

Invoices
Bill your clients and track payments, including overdue ones. Generate from a completed job or create standalone.

Schedule
Plan your week. Link entries to jobs or create standalone reminders.

Dashboard
See how your business is performing at a glance: revenue, active jobs, overdue invoices.
How a job moves through Plento
Every piece of work starts as a Draft. From there you approve it and start the work — either directly, or by sending a quote for your client to sign. However they say yes, the job moves to Approved the same way.
When the work's done, mark it Completed and generate an invoice.
Optional: send a quote first
From Draft, send it as a quote and let your client sign it to move to Approved — or skip the quote and approve it directly. Either way lands the job in Approved.
Workflows
Full lifecycle
Create a job, approve it (directly or via a signed quote), do the work, then invoice once complete.
Skip the quote
For repeat clients or agreed scopes — create a job and mark it approved directly. Invoice when complete.
Direct invoice
For simple one-off work — bill the client directly without creating a job.
Full lifecycle with scheduling
Add schedule entries to a job to plan your week, then invoice once all the work is done.
Declined and reclone
A client can decline a quote without ending the job — clone it into a fresh draft and send again.
